FAQ

How do I get started?

It’s simple to get started! Get in touch with us and provide a project description. We will promptly respond with the answers you need. When you are ready to formally book the job, we will each sign a video production agreement which covers the entire cost and scope of the project. For new clients, payment is due before production begins. For established clients, net-30 invoicing is available.

What does the price include?

The price includes a fully produced, professionally captured and edited video tailored to your distribution preferences. We use our own equipment unless there is something you wish to provide. Production includes consultation, scheduling, transportation, setup, audio/video/photo capture, post-production processing, and editing.

Who owns the video?

While we reserve the right to use the video in our portfolio of work samples, the video is completely owned by you. You may share it and distribute it as you wish. Please keep in mind that ensuring copyright ownership is also your responsibility.

What if I need professional actors?

We are happy to work with professional actors and can provide referrals for both live-action and voice actors. We will also assist with appearance release forms and other legal documentation.

What about copyright music or images?

If you require that your video contain copyright music, images, or media which you do not own, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have the rights to use it. Any penalties due to copyright infringement are solely your liability.

How is the video delivered?

The final video will be delivered via secure, online file sharing whenever possible. If you require a different delivery method such as a USB drive, please provide us with the device.

What if I need animations, logos, or graphics?

You can provide us with your own media files, or we can create stunning animations, logos, and graphics of all kinds. This type of work is charged at an hourly rate of $120. We are experienced, quick, and won’t waste time or a dime of your hard-earned cash.

Why isn’t there a phone number or click-to-email button?

Unwanted sales calls, scams, and robocalls– also known as Spam– are destroying many of the conveniences previously enjoyed by small businesses like us. If we list our phone number online, the bulk of incoming calls are spam. The same goes for email, which is why we don’t provide a click-to-email button. Allowing our clients to type our email address as shown on our “Get In Touch” page is a form of verifying that you are an actual human with video production needs. This keeps our costs low, since we’re not wasting time handling spam. Thank you for your help with this, and we encourage you to vote for government officials who intend to battle the deluge of spam!

Do you do marketing?

We do not market your video, but can assist with ensuring that it is in the correct format for your marketing team. We can also upload it to the platform and channel you provide.

What types of projects do you have experience with?

We have over 15 years of experience with many types of projects. Special events, advertisements, tutorials, performance arts, music videos, fundraisers, sports, college application videos, documentaries, films, products, even funerals and memorial videos are just a few of the projects we have completed. Not all of our work is available online, if there is a specific type of example you wish to see, please get in touch.

Do you also TAKE photos?

While our primary focus is video production, we also do excellent photos! Please let us know your needs when you get in touch about your project.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards (via online services such as paypal or venmo), checks, or direct bank transfers.
